then may you answer these two questions for me:
Using this website: www.the12volt.com/resistors/resistors.asp
a) determine the resistance value in Metric Prefix notation (for example 4.7 KiloOhms +/- 5%) for a resistor with color bands of :
1st band : Red
2nd band: Yellow
3rd band: Brown
4th band: Silver (4th band is the multiplier)
b) What are the color bands for a resistor with a resistance value of 29 MegaOhms, +/-20% ?
I understand where to look for the resistance but I don't see how you match that up with the ___ (blank) number of Ohms ie 29 MegaOhms w/ +/- 20%
