Is any one else having this issue with Boost Mobile?

Or do you even realize it is happening. This is the situation. As a boost mobile customer, every time I send a text to anyone with Verizon as their provider. All of my messages have a title of *High* This is not something I have programmed into my personal phone, it is not listed in the friendly name, or signature portion of my phone. I personally did not program or type this message into my phone.

A call to boost leads to more frustration. I am connected to a customer service agent which I am often not able to understand their questioning to resolve the situation or they are not able to understand me.

I discovered this by accident when an acquaintance discovered this situation through a friend who has Verizon as her provider. So this lead to many phone calls of friends to inquire if I was indeed having the same issue. The answer yes!

Now the frustrating part: Boost Mobile Customer Service is not able to understand my issue or even begin to try and solve the problem. It is not a friendly message or signature that I have programmed in. It is some glitch in the system or a computer programmer gone wild. Either way, I just want it fixed any suggestions.

I use my phone for both personal and professional usage and do not need *High* titling all of my messages.

Well, I guess no on has an answer; even Boost Mobile had no answer. I scanned previous questions for an answer and no luck. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
