What I mean is there a language setting for you to change it to english on the menu.
There are 2 ds games (that i know of):
Sugar Sugar Rune: Queen Shiken wa Dai Panic
Sugar Sugar Rune: Heart Ga Ippai! Moegi Gakuen
On the back, you can see the options (apparently).
