is any company giving bonus to their employees and doing appraisals this year,?

Its March month going on, our employees are looking for appraisals, am working as HR manager and want to know whether any company is doing appraisals this year and is thinking to give bonus to their employees keeping inflation in mind.

Please advice if yes then please let me know the name of the companies.
