I heard someone late today on one of our radio stations refer to Richo as "an ornament to the game". Now when I look around my house, I look at the ornaments and most of them are just useless dust collectors that are not really good for anything apart from, well, collecting dust!! Why then do we describe people in this way????

When he/she said ornament they probably thought of a decoration or something that really stands out, to make something look even better.

In other words, Richo does this to the AFL. He makes it look good, because of his unique talent and abilities. He decorates our sport with his influence on our game and is a true legend.

On another note, Josh Kennedy & Tom Swift are likely to come into the side this week, for hansen and Staker. What a coincedance! I saw hansen and staker together the night before at a restaurant (i was hyperventalating, i was like OMG they are 4 tables away) - and now they are getting dropped.
