I haven't eaten breakfast for about three years, and people have strongly advised me to start. Soo, I've been eating an apple for breakfast.
The first few times, it made me feel really bad, because I just wasn't used to eating at that time. After nearly two weeks of doing this, I've gotten more used to it, but now I'm not hungry at lunchtime! So now, I eat my apple for breakfast, and I can't really eat anything until dinnertime.
So, should I keep eating breakfast because "it's so important," even though it's causing me to skip lunch? Or should I go back to no breakfast, but make sure and eat lunch and dinner?

And just to clear it up.... I'm not overweight, or looking to lose weight!
I'm 5'11'' and 123 lbs, so it might actually be dangerous for me to lose. I'm looking to maintain, WITHOUT eating too much.
