how come the other countrys in the 3d world countryss like the london, paris france, norway land, and europe have bad education and all foreign people want to come to hour coutnry?

Israel has the highest percentage of people having college educations.

The USA has around a 30% drop out rate. That is party because our high schools all act like each kid is college material so they teach stuff like Calculus and Chemistry rather than auto shop, woodworking and metal work.
 
Those who want to come here are chasing the "American Dream". That doesn't mean the dream is real.

No, we don't have the best education available to all of our citizens. Sure, the very rich have access to wonderful education, but the poor do not.

Interestingly, with the economy faltering, many would be immigrants are staying home.
 
I believe the asians are the most educated. Teachers are treated like famous people in some of their countries. You only hear that america has the best education systems from americans because most of us are too proud to care about anyone else. Third world countries aren't educated well because their too poor to afford decent teachers and supplies usually.
