Is air boost bra's better or gel bra's....whats the difference..?

I am 18yrs old and recently bought gel bras and they really do work. I seen on la senza they have air boost to...but i dont know what the difference is.

I am only 34A so i really do need the extra boost and i like to wear dresses. Could someone tell me the difference and what one is better for that natural boost shape?
