Is activating a verizon phone free?

So I dropped my phone in the toilet last night !! Ah. And then the phone didn't work of course so I switched back to my old one which sucks ...! Then I got a better one and activated it .. So is it going to charge me for that ?! Or would it be free. Cause we didn't go to the store to activate it. I did it from home.

I sell sprint, atnt, and tmobile. If you activate your phone from home there should not be any charge. My father uses verizon and weve switched phones constantly and activated them from home with out an additional charge, same goes for sprint, att and tmobile

if you did it from home it would be freee i just droped my phone in a toilet too and had to activate my old phone
