Is a Vaginal Or Anal Exam More Uncomfortable?

Im not really afraid of either, but I am curious. I also wonder, does the speculem feel like it is cutting going in and when it goes back out? I mean, it is not open then, and it is not a smooth object. It looks more like a knife than a cone shape or other thing that may be more comfortable to insert.
You ladies who have had both exams are probably the only ones who can answer this. I appreciate your input.
The anal exam is a lot tighter opening of the body, but is it more sensitive? I'm interested in your input.

Let me inject one more variable, just for fun, I suppose... what if they had to do the anal/rectal exam with the speculum that is used on the vaginal exam? Lol. I know that is usually only done in rare cases to diagnose or deal with specific issues, but I insert it just for the sake of arguement.
