reconstructed title? I live in Pennsylvania. One year ago I bought a used car, put $2000+ down on the vehicle, and have made payments of $161.00 every two weeks since. I looked into selling the vehicle, and a potential buyer did a VIN check. Turns out the vehicle has a Reconstructed Title, which I knew nothing about. The vehicle is worth around $2000 according to Kelley Blue Book. So I am being seriously swindled here. Do I have legal recourse? At this point I'd like to keep the vehicle and stop making payments. Seems more than fair to me.
