Is a used 2003 Suzuki 750 Katana with about 16,000 miles for $2200 a good deal?

Im buying a bike and I want to make sure I am getting a good deal. Also does anyone know much about the 750 Katana? I'm really looking for a sporty bike. I liked the Yamaha fz6 a whole lot. Are the two comparable. Will i be looking to sell this Katana pretty quickly? Or do u think its a pretty good bike that will last me for a while. I would love to get some feedback. Tell me what you think
 
Both are very admirable bikes. 2200 seems very cheap and if it comes without defects than even better, but make sure to check it out first. 16000 miles is not alot at all, infact it might even feel brand new. The FZ6 has a new precednt the FZ6R which is much better both in quality and price(around 7000) and very sporty. I suggest you look into that model. But I'm sure both would be very well worth the price but if you can get it that cheap save yourself some cash, I know i would.
