They have them on clearance at my local grocer store. They are really nice enameled, with a lid, and I thought they were the perfect size to bake a loaf of bread in, but I didn't know if it would be any good for much else.
They are 17 bucks. I don't have that kind of money to lose. If you only cooked for one person, would you get one? They have 5 quart ones on sale for 36 bucks. I thought those might be too big.

I make this recipe in an 8 inch cast iron frying pan. A buddy actually uses a ductch oven and the crust comes out incredible.
