I have all these extra-curricular activities on my plate. My question is, will a sport increase my chance in being accepted into those Ivy Leagues schools?
Here are the clubs/activities that I am in:
National Honors Society
Piano (I receive many scholarships from piano; I've been playing for 9 years so far; I play pieces such as Rachmaninoff preludes, etudes...the big concertos, sonatas, etc.)
Student Government
Key Club
I have two tutors.
My GPA is a 4.0
Honors Diploma
I have a job as a waitress at a restaurant during summer, winter, and spring breaks.
I'm also applying for nursing/medical programs during the summer as well.
I'm taking about 4-5 community college courses.
What do you think? Will joining a sport (like swimming) make a difference? Or am I fine just the way I am? I'm just worried about whether I can actually fit swimming in my schedule, but if it's that crucial, then I'll find a way.
