Is a SONY ERICSSON C510 compatible with Bell Mobility and their new HSPA+?

It has to be C510a, regular C510 will not work.

C510a has the 3G bands 850mhz & 1900mhz
C510 only has the 3G band 2100mhz

ONLY C510a WILL WORK ON BELL's HSPA
 
check the phones band on the sony ericsson website it will tell you what band that it transmits in and then check what band bell mobility transmits in. Or you could probably even take it into a bell store, the people are pretty nice so i'd assume that they would tell you if i will or will not work with the new network and they might even let you try a sim card from then HSPA+ network in your phone.
