on warrant? The search warrant stated necessary and proper assistance to enter into or upon the property owned or occupied by----It had my mothers name which she is the owner But it also had my nephews name on it and he doesn't live or own the property.They arrested my brother which he does live there,but legally doesn't have as being his place of residence.Was they looking for my nephew?Is this search warrant valid?We live in Indiana.
How can they charge my brother for what they found, when the search warrant stated my nephews name.Yes my nephew said he was the one to blame.How can i prove my brother innocent?Nephew said he wouldnt let his uncle go to prison because of him,but it has been day's since i have heard from him.What can i do?Could i demand them to take fingerprints?Make them prove my brother even lived there?I already have my family searching for nephew.Will my brother go to prison if my nephew doesn't come forward.It isn't fair that they looked into my brothers past and found drug conviction many years ago.I just can't understand how they can make him take all the charges.
