In my school if you get caught texting anywhere in school, even at lunch, then they will take your phone and not give it back until the next day is done. So if you get it taken away on a friday then you have to wait until monday to get it back. In middle school they only took for the rest of the school day. Isn't it stealing if they keep it after school hours?
