Is a Passport and Ontario Health card enough ID to get in to bars/clubs in Quebec.?

Im going to Quebec for my 18th birthday and i have no divers license. I don't want to have to spend the night searching for a bar that will take my ID. I want to know if these two are legal forms of ID in Quebec
