Is a newspaper name underlined or put in quotes?

So I'm writing a paper and I have to put in the title of a newspaper. We'll just say it's the Washington Post to make it easy. Would I put it in quotes, underline it, or put it in italics?
 
Hmm, I would just capitalize the name, like you did in the post. I suppose you could use italics also.
 
It's underlined or italicized (underlining is a way of indicating italicized type since italics aren't always available (on typerwriters, for example)
An article published within the paper would be enclosed with quotation marks.
