Is a Mazda 3 sport with power windows and locks and a/c worth it for $400 for 60 months

in Quebec? I went to a Mazda dealership and he told me he was giving me the best offer he could give me and he was only making $100 on the car
he said without a/c and power windows and locks it would be $365 for 60 months
its a basic Mazda 3 2008.5
