My grandparents have a trust established and it has a few trustees. They are wanting to simplify it and name their two daughters as trustees only (50/50 split). My grandfather wants to know if we can use there current trust as a template for a new trust, or is a lawyer really needed? A lawyer wrote up there current trust. I think that if we keep the legal jargon which establishes a trust then modify the part that names the trustees and how the property is to be divided they should be fine. So what is your input? Any one with a legal backgrounds opinion would be really appreciated. Thanks
