I'm going to be getting my license in around seven months, and my Mom wants me to start researching cars. One of my best friends, she's a senior, has a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'd like that, but my Mom wants me to drive a newer car.
So, I was wondering...
1. Is it a good first car?
and
2. Is the 1996 model as good as a newer one, like would it be just as safe, or close to it?
