Would an equation like y=((cos8)/5) be a periodical function? Would it have things like amplitude, period, axis, and phase shift with respect to cosine? I just don't know if a few of those would just be 0 or if some of them just don't exist because the function is horizontal. I guess it wouldn't have an amplitude because there's no maximum, but can someone help me with the others? Thanks!
