Is a health journal article considered a publication?

Hi, an article I wrote was selected to be part of a yearly health journal at my university. It is not a research publication because I did not perform any scientific experiments. However, I did talk about scientific experiments of other people. It was about the benefits of eating blueberries. In my resume, I would like to mention that something I had written was published. Would I put in my resume that it was a publication, a published journal article, etc.? I guess I'm looking for a particular way to mention what I have accomplished without making it seem like it was a research publication. Thanks.
