Is a Giovanni 250 cc bike any good?

I'm about to buy a Giovanni Dirt Bike 250cc, 4 stroke. I had never ride a dirt bike before and the seller ask for 1100$, almost new condition. Is it any good? ( not asking about the price ) will i have lots of problem with it? thanks
 
No, its not. Stick with either a Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Suzuki. Those are the 4 main brands that are legit. They last long, good quality. Brands like Giovanni are crap.
