For either fresh water or salt water? Don't laugh. Here in the US, in the state where I live, a license is required for fresh water but not salt water. However the politicians keep proposing a salt water license every few years. It gets shot down every time thank God. We are going hiking and camping in Nova Scotia and Quebec and might like to get our lines wet but know nothing of the regulations there.
