...same nozzle as a gasoline nozzle I accidentally put diesel into my new car. There were two diesel tanks at the gas station and one had a bigger nozzle than the one I actually used which led me to think the smaller nozzle was not supposed to be on the diesel tank. I am trying to find out if the gas station is liable for my repair because of having the wrong nozzle (smaller/same as gasoline nozzle), the tank I used did indicate diesel which I did not notice until later. Out of the six tanks at this gas station mine was the only one that pumped diesel gas. Yes, the tank is about six inches from the regular tanks, I thought I was getting regular gas. I ended up having car towed and fixed.
