Hi. My name is Zoey and I am a 15 year old girl. Recently I had a dream, which intrigued me more than frightened me. It started with me waking up and noticing that my neighbor's house was no longer there. Instead the only thing in view was dirt. I made my way outside to see ravens flying around the dirt and it frightened me. Then suddenly, a boy and a girl approached me, about my age, perhaps a little older. They told me that someone named Kalona was after me and that I had to go with them. They then proceeded to turn into large wolves. I was confused, so I stayed put. But then something happened. As I looked over at the dirt, a large hole in the ground appeared and out of the hole crawled a man. He was tall, and wore only jeans. He was extremely attractive, and Native American. The ravens seemed to call at his presence and he made his way towards me. I began to run, and I ran fast. Soon I found myself at a factory, hiding from him among other people. He stood just beyond the door and called my name. I begged other people to help but none did. So I was forced to stand in front of him, and my dream ended with him flashing a large smile that made my breath stop.
The next day I told a friend about the dream, who is Wiccan, and also a big fan of the House of Night series. She freaked out and told me about the books, of which I had never heard of prior to, and I still refuse to read. What frightened her ever more was that I am part Cherokee. She begged me to cleanse my house with sage and what not.
In case you don't know the story. Kalona is a Cherokee demon who was banished to the earth. I do not know the details but apparently in the story he goes after a Cherokee girl named Zoey who he believes is his lost love. He is also connected to ravens and the Raven-Mockers.
Can someone please tell me what this means? And if I should be worried? Please keep in mind that I have never read the book series, and I find this a rather odd Coincidence.
