Is a cup of green tea okay for breakfast?

Okay, so I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day blah blah blah but no matter how hard I try I just can't eat that much for breakfast, I just end up feeling sick. The most I can manage is about a handful of grapes. I've been drinking a cup of green tea the last few days for breakfast but I was just wondering if this was actually doing anything or if it was just like having nothing. Thanks.
