Is a Cadillac Escalade much more than a high end Suburban?

Considering a new SUV. We like the Cadillac but just wondering if it's really worth the extra 20000 dollars over a top end Suburban. Anyone know what I am really getting for the extra money?

Well an Escalade tells everyone you "made it." That you are successful. And they look very nice. A high end suburban is also very nice so you won't go wrong with either choice. I would say it comes down to you look a lot richer in the escalade.

And god bless you for buying american. Only God knows why people are destroying their own country's economy.

for 20K your getting some real nice cadillac emblems...it's exactly a Suburban with all the options...

The Caddy has a few options not available on the sub, and a more sophisticated suspension (shocks, air springs), but that is about it.
