Is a Cadillac CTS a good, reliable car?

I'm looking to purchase a CTS, maybe a 2003 to 2005. I commute alot so I need a car that can take me around without me having to worry about it breaking down. They are very good looking cars but, are they reliable? Have you heard of any issues or reasons as so why I shouldn't buy this car? Which year would be best to get between 2003 and 2005?
