I was at a salon the other day and I fainted and fell straight to the ground and smacked my head and elbow on the tile floor. At first the lady said that I didn't hit anything and that she tried to catch me but she was on the other side of the room so I knew that it was impossible. I think she was trying to not be responsible but I felt so much pain in my head that I knew I hit my head very hard and she finally admitted it to me later on. She did not tell anyone and did not call for an ambulance. I went to the ER a few days later because of dizziness but my xrays came out fine. I was just curious if they could be responsible since they didn't call 911 and could I slap them with a lawsuit IF I wanted to? (I wouldn't, but it just seemed very irresponsible and neglectful that I wanted to know what the law is?) Thanks!!!
