considered a 10 speed or a 5 speed? This is a used bike I bought and has 2 shifters like a 10 speed and when riding it shifts into more than 5 gears however it only has a single front chainring and 5 cogs on the back. Do you think this bike was modified or did some come this way? Maybe I'm not understanding gear ratio or something. Your help is appreciated thank you.

*Edit....The bike has 2 deraileurs and both are working so this is why it's shifting into more than 5 gears. Just not sure how many gears I'm getting. It feels like 7 maybe. I'm getting there!...haha.
