Is a backpack covering my hunters orange vest on my back a violation of regulations?

I'm hunting my first season of deer & elk in Montana. For my hunters orange I have a cheap $6 vest. The back pack I'm planning on using isn't orange and almost completely covers the orange of my vest on my back. Is this a violation of regs? Should I just go out and buy an orange backpack? My hat isn't orange either. Will this orange vest be good enough for the regulations? Your input & suggestions are much appreciated.
