I have been upset lately since i finished in May 2010 and now its almost January and i haven't found any type of job. I am stuck working at this place i hate for 12 bucks an hour only getting 25 hours per week. When i decided on this degree i was told i could find a job at Banks or a job like Assistant Manager at a retail store. But when i apply i never hear back. Or places tell me you cant just walk in even with a Bachelor in Business and apply for a assistant manager job with no experience. But my school was saying since i took alot of business and management classes it could still work. And even alot of places say minimum qualification is a high school degree only. I only had one real interview for one bank as a web mortgage banker but it didn't work out. What is the problem and what should i do to have a better life.
I finished with a 3.0. And really there is no way anytime in the future i will go for a masters unless i found a steady job with this Bachelor Degree that i obtained. I am just upset that i was told i would find a job and i haven't and its been so long since i finished. And working with people at my current job who think a college degree is as good as only a high school degree makes me go crazy. I hate being around people like this.
