is a 90cc dirt bike a good starter bike?

I have never rode a dirt bike before but i want somthing that isnt too expensive and i can go at least 40 mph on. and i dont want it breaking down on me for a few years either
 
Ummm wrong section but yeah i have a Yamaha TTR 90, Fast Enough, reliable, electric start, blue, fav colour lol, allround good bike, but if your looking for somthing a bit bigger I recommend YZ85 or YZ 125,
