Is a 5'7 rider too short for a yamaha r1?

im 16 years old im trying to get a sportbike but ive heard that i have 2 tip toe on them or jus use one leg..im still growing though. ive seen short ppl like me riding sportbikes

nope. but for you yes. if you go straight to an r1 without streetbike experience your gonna mess up your bike

If a bike is too tall, then it is relatively simple to get it lowered. There are many companies out there that make links that will lower the bike anywhere from an inch to three inches. The good thing is that if you grow, the links can be taken off easily. Most run around $40.
