Is a 2005 Toyota Camry 2.0 G with 75K mi. good for another 3 years?

My mechanic says the car is in good condition, but I worry that it's already having 75,000 miles on it may mean it will shortly need major repairs. The asking price is right. The car looks great. What should I do?
 
There is no such thing as a perfectly 100% reliable car. Cars are as reliable as their owners. With that being said, a 2005 with 75K miles should be absolutely fine. In the grand scheme of things, 75K isn't much, go with it if the price is right.
 
I bought my 1998 Grand AM 5 years ago with 82,000mi on it, and it's still fine!

If you like the car, and it checks out, buy it!
Not into imports myself but Camry's are known to go a quarter million miles!
