is a 2005-06 honda crf 250 a good bike?

would this be a good bike for me im around 5'7 and 135 lbs would this be a powerful bik i have experience with bikes and this bike has dual pipes i rode a crf150r and it was good but would i like the 250
 
yes, Honda's 250's have a legendary reputation, and the newer ones have plenty of power to move even big adults around easily.
 
Incredible bike, I have had the '05 and '06 model. The '05 has a totally different power delivery than any year after it. It arguably has the best engine of any CRF250R made. The '05 has more low end power compared to the '06 which is more of a mid-range power band. The '05 is not dual exhaust though, that started in 2006. This bike is much faster than a 150R and your height is fine. My nephew is 5'4" and riding the CRF250R. Enjoy
