I am currently looking at a '04 crf 250 x that is for sale. However, i would like to use it on the street, mostly to get to school, in addition to off-road use. So i need to know if it is street legal in its stock form, or if i would have to add something. It will be registered in Raleigh NC if that makes a difference because of laws or something.
