I found one for 10k and it only has 33,000 miles on it. I'm a student and i need to get to class and to work. 10k is as much as i can afford and i just want something that will take me where i need to go and won't break down. Its fuel efficient so that helps as well with all the driving i'll be doing. What are some other good used cars that i can get for 10k?
yea, i'm getting a loan for 10k and i want something for college. I'd Love to get a civic but i doubt i can get one for 10k. Where can i look for used cars because i'm only searching carmax. I also do not want to buy from private sellers.

Too much $$. For 10k, look at Honda Civic first, Toyota Corolla, or
Yaris. Honda and Toyota are hands down more reliable, and when you choose to resell, you'll get most of your money back. Even
if they have a few more miles on them then the Chevy, they are
still superior in every way, I swear!!!

Search Craigslist.com for your local area. I live in San Antonio and there are 100's of cars posted "each" day so I'm pretty sure its the same or even more depending on where you live. Just click on the Cars+Trucks link under For Sale for your city. Its not just private sellers as you would think, the majority of the posting are from dealerships. There are so many listings to choose from I wished I would of known about Craigslist when I bought my Charger, I found way better deals on there. I could of got a Escalade, Hummer H3, Range Rover or something better for the same price as my Charger if only I would of looked around on Craigslist first. It really helps. I'm pretty sure you'll find a Civic, Cobalt or Corolla on there for your price range but I really wouldn't go for the Cavalier since they're discontinued anyways. Maybe you might even find something better you'd like for your price range but never thought of it. Well good luck on your vehicle purchase.

No deal.
A new Cobalt (The new Cavalier) can be had for almost as cheap.
Look cheaper if you are buying domestic. They shouldn't be worth much.

This is US American dollars, right?
