For the first answer you dont drive a motorbike you ride it.
It depends on the rider and when he or she changes gears. If the race was a short distance the 2 stroke would win because it has more axceleration, for long distance the 4 stroke would win.

2 strokes r faster. My friend has a 4 stroke 100 and I have a 2 stroke 80, I can blow by her all day long.
