Is a 1997 FORD F-150 fast? Is it faster than this?

would a 97 f-150 be considered 'fast'? when i drive my dad's, it flys. it has a healthy engine. would it accelerate faster than a Jaguar (a 3.0L v6)? don't tell me you can't compare them; which one is faster? this is a very simple question. also are they considered 'fast'?
the Jaguar is a 3.0L, the F-150 is a 4.6L
