Is $70 a good deal for a vintage Western Flyer cruiser bicycle from the 1970s?

I was just looking to buy any cruiser bikes when I came across this one on Craigslist. I don't know too much about bicycles, let alone vintage ones or how to restore one. This bike is in pretty decent condition, has a county license on it dated 1976 but I can't seem to find a serial number?? I know this is probably not a collector super-expensive bicycle, but I would like to know if the price sounds about right or did I pay too much for it? Also, does anyone have any more info on the brand or the bike?? I'm looking online but am not really seeing anything resembling my bike!

Thank you so much!!

You probably paid about $50 too much but if it works then good luck with it and regaurdless of what you paid for it I would expect that it will need more spent on it to be completely road worthy. Have it checked out to ensure that the bottom bracket is still good and check tires for wear. You should have posted the link on it so we could see it too.
Take it to your local shop to have it checked out before you ride it much.

You probably paid more then what the bike cost new. Some of the bikes are collectors items, most are not.
