I'm 16, female needing to get into shape. I have about 6 months till I enlist to the Marines plus however long it takes to ship me off to basic, is that enough time for me to get in top shape. I just started getting back into shape a couple weeks ago. I don't have much access to anything except 5lb weights. I started walking/ jogging 2.4 miles everyday. I know I need to do a lot of push ups, & sit ups. Within that 6 months i need to lose around 30lbs is this all possible?
