Is $5000 a good price for a new 2008 Yamaha WR250? Is it a good bike?

Well I am looking for a bike to replace my TW200 and today I looked at a wr250 at the yamaha dealer. It is the street legal fuel injected version. They said it was used as a demo bike and has about 200 miles on it. They said it is new and the warranty starts the day someone buys it. They are selling new 2009 wr250 for about $5800. Is $5000 a good price. Is this a good bike? I really like my tw200 but I would like to find something with a little more power that will go 70 MPH with out pushing it to the limit. Would I be happy with this bike or should I look for something with a little bigger?
