is $500 Canadian reasonable for a paintball camp?

I want to get into paintball so I am going to go to a paintball camp so that i can learn how to play he sport. The camp is 6 hours a day for a week. It comes with a $250 value membership and it is supposed to be an amazing field. Also what might be in a paintball camp gift bag because they give you one
 
balls, pods and mask would be the best things to give beginners and all could be purchased for under $50 so they would still make profit, i think it's logical that they may give you those things.
