Is 3GB of RAM enough for school work and WoW and a few other low requirment games?

Yeah I want to get a computer that has 32 bit windows 7 and 2 GB of RAM. So I'll upgrade the RAM to 3GB cause 32 bit can't recognize anything more. So yeah is that ok??
