Is 33K on road a good price for brand new 2010 Honda Odyssey E-XL?

We been to a couple of dealers and finally settled on 33K for 2010 Honda Odyessey. E-XL. Leather seats and everything except GPS and DVD Player. 33K includes taxes, number plates, destination charge etc. 30,260 invoice price + 6.25% taxes + destination charge ($710) + $150 (documentation charges) is what we arrived at. What do you think?
