Is $3,750 a good deal for a 96 Honda Accord LX 4 cyl with 118k miles?

it's on craiglist and from the pics..the outside looks like it's in pretty good condition..and i haven't saw the car in person yet..say for instance i like the car and it drives well with no problems.. what should i offer the person selling the car? should i offer him $3000?

You should deffinately use blue book, but don't go over $3,500.
